Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of technical program management, product management, or similar experience.
- 7+ years of people management experience.
- Experience owning software delivery across multiple engineering functions, such as front end, back end, cloud, and QA.
- Strong Agile delivery experience, including backlog management, sprint and release planning, and risk/readiness tracking.
- Technical fluency to participate in engineering design discussions and technical tradeoffs.
- Ability to translate customer, operator, and business needs into clear engineering requirements and execution plans.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills with incomplete or changing information.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to obtain an active security clearance.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Own the Agile Targeting delivery plan, aligning work with customer commitments and BU priorities.
- Lead sprint and release planning and manage tradeoffs across scope, schedule, and quality.
- Own backlog prioritization and grooming, translating operator and field feedback into clearly scoped engineering work.
- Track cross-team dependencies across engine, client, cloud, and QA teams and escalate risks early.
- Maintain campaign risk, readiness, and delivery status and communicate changes to BU leadership.
- Establish clear definitions of done and drive release quality, regression discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Support discovery with public safety and defense operators to translate needs into actionable product requirements.
