Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product management experience shipping complex products across mobile, desktop, and cloud environments.
- Background in software engineering is a significant advantage.
- Strong product sense and ability to act as a strategic partner to leadership and engineering.
- Deep technical literacy and architectural understanding, including cloud services (GCP preferred), mobile/desktop development, and networking.
- Proven ability to lead technical validation and prototyping processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills to communicate complex concepts.
- Demonstrable experience in productizing AI technologies.
- Experience identifying high-impact use cases for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Ability to navigate technical and ethical trade-offs for AI features.
- Self-starter mentality capable of managing complex projects with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new opportunities to deliver value to members, focusing on emerging technologies and competitive differentiators.
- Act on opportunities to automate workflows on behalf of customer operations teams.
- Lead the end-to-end rapid prototyping process from concept to functional prototype.
- Translate ambiguous business concepts into clear, concise, and actionable requirements.
- Identify, procure, and manage a toolset for efficient creation and testing of functional prototypes.
- Partner with leadership and engineering to vet ideas, assess feasibility, and define architectural approaches.
- Research and recommend new technologies and frameworks to solve member problems.
- Manage new concepts from research and hypothesis testing through business case development and stakeholder feedback.
- Work with platform, mobile, and security engineering teams to integrate prototypes into the existing ecosystem.
