Requirements
- 8+ years of Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst experience.
- Advanced SQL and data analysis expertise.
- Strong Agile/Scrum and software delivery experience.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management platforms.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, process modeling, and business analysis methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Aviation, SaaS, Marketplace, Power BI, or AI experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder discovery sessions.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical documentation.
- Perform impact analysis and manage requirements throughout the SDLC.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Use SQL and data analysis to validate requirements and support decision-making.
- Define integrations, APIs, data mappings, and reporting requirements.
- Support UAT, release readiness, and process improvements.
