Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a data or software engineer.
- Experience building data warehouses, distributed data systems, or event-driven architectures.
- Deep expertise in designing and implementing data models using dimensional, Data Vault, or ledger-style techniques.
- Hands-on experience with ingestion tools like Kafka or Debezium.
- Hands-on experience with transformation tools like dbt, Spark, or Flink.
- Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Dagster or Airflow.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools like Monte Carlo or Great Expectations.
- Operational experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Production-grade coding proficiency in Python or SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
- Strong communication and cross-functional partnering skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytics data strategy end-to-end.
- Define and drive architecture for internal reporting, BI, agentic tooling, and experimentation infrastructure.
- Identify and lead AI/LLM-powered tooling roadmap to improve business understanding.
- Establish domain data strategy, metrics, and modeling standards.
- Build monitoring, testing, and reconciliation systems for data trustworthiness.
- Partner cross-functionally to translate business requirements into data systems.
- Establish technical best practices and mentor the organization as an IC lead.
