Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a data or software engineer.
  • Experience building data warehouses, distributed data systems, or event-driven architectures.
  • Deep expertise in designing and implementing data models using dimensional, Data Vault, or ledger-style techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with ingestion tools like Kafka or Debezium.
  • Hands-on experience with transformation tools like dbt, Spark, or Flink.
  • Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Dagster or Airflow.
  • Hands-on experience with observability tools like Monte Carlo or Great Expectations.
  • Operational experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Production-grade coding proficiency in Python or SQL.
  • Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional partnering skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the analytics data strategy end-to-end.
  • Define and drive architecture for internal reporting, BI, agentic tooling, and experimentation infrastructure.
  • Identify and lead AI/LLM-powered tooling roadmap to improve business understanding.
  • Establish domain data strategy, metrics, and modeling standards.
  • Build monitoring, testing, and reconciliation systems for data trustworthiness.
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate business requirements into data systems.
  • Establish technical best practices and mentor the organization as an IC lead.
