Requirements
- Proven experience owning the entire design process end-to-end as a solo contributor.
- Hybrid portfolio demonstrating technical product thinking (wireframes, user flows) and exceptional visual craft (custom illustration, typography).
- Expert-level fluency in Figma, including advanced auto-layout, variables, and component properties.
- Deep, authentic understanding of online gaming culture, Web3, or iGaming UI dynamics.
- Knowledge of modern web layout standards including HTML and Tailwind concepts.
- Ability to support frontend development teams with clean asset exports and responsive design specs.
- Experience working directly with founders and product managers in fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire product design pipeline solo, from complex user journeys to interactive prototypes.
- Design and render high-quality custom illustrations, item rarity badges, and unboxing graphics.
- Create high-dopamine gamified UI for mystery box openings, case battles, and reward systems.
- Build and maintain a scalable core UI kit, design tokens, and component libraries in Figma.
- Deliver developer-ready assets, responsive layout specs, and structured design tokens to frontend engineers.
- Define micro-animations and visual feedback loops to ensure a responsive user experience.
