Requirements

- Background in management consulting, strategy, transformation, or professional services.
- Strong training in structured problem-solving with the ability to handle complex or ambiguous situations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to influence senior leadership.
- Commercially minded with an understanding of operational and financial drivers.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with limited resources and incomplete information.
- High standard of ownership and the ability to work without extensive direction.
- Comfort working across functions, cultures, and seniority levels in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in healthcare, technology, insurance, or enterprise services is preferred.
Responsibilities
