Requirements
- US Citizenship.
- Active Public Trust level clearance.
- SME in ServiceNow Application Development.
- SME in ServiceNow Platform and Architecture Knowledge.
- Experience with ServiceNow development with knowledge of code best practices.
- Experience with functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform and architecture.
- Effective liaison leading technical development teams.
- Knowledge/experience of SDLC practices.
- Strong facilitation skills to effectively lead discussions across multiple groups.
- Oral and written communication skills including presenting to management.
- Knowledge/experience with Agile Methodologies.
- Knowledge of Change Management and Configuration Management tools (e.g., VersionOne, ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of Problem/Risk Management.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support the ServiceNow application.
- Work within ServiceNow, the client's IT Service Management tool.
- Support modules including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), and Request Management.
