Requirements
- 1+ year of experience for Junior, 3+ years for Middle-level roles.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- SQL proficiency (Basic for Junior, Strong for Middle).
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (Middle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into insights.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from different sources.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in business and product data.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights.
- Support data-driven decision-making across the business.
- Validate data quality and investigate discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Maintain clear documentation of reports, metrics, and analytical processes.
