Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data management, systems integration, data engineering, or DevOps.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, database design, and data transformation.
- Demonstrated experience developing and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and large-scale data solutions.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation.
- Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell and Python.
- Familiarity with Power BI, enterprise reporting architectures, and data governance practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise data integrations, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, data flows, and pipelines.
- Ensure enterprise data is accurate, consistent, secure, available, and reliable across operational and analytical environments.
- Develop data models and transformation processes that support reporting, business intelligence, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Monitor and improve data quality through profiling, reconciliation, validation, quality controls, and governance practices.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management processes.
- Support reliable deployments and monitor system performance while resolving integration and data issues.
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT leadership to align data solutions with business objectives.
- Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities to improve system reliability and scalability.
