Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data management, systems integration, data engineering, DevOps, or related technical disciplines within Microsoft-based environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, database design, data transformation, and enterprise data integration.
- Experience developing and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and large-scale data solutions.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release management, automation practices, and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell and Python.
- Familiarity with Power BI, enterprise reporting architectures, and data governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data integrations, data flows, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, availability, security, and consistency of data across operational and analytical systems.
- Develop and maintain data models and transformation processes to support reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Monitor and improve data quality through profiling, reconciliation, and governance practices.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release management processes using DevOps best practices.
- Manage environment configurations and support reliable deployments across development, testing, and production.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and implement operational enhancements.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align data capabilities with organizational goals.
