Requirements
- 10+ years of professional product design experience.
- Strong foundation in HCI or interaction design principles.
- Experience leading or growing designers, regardless of formal title.
- Proven experience owning design for enterprise or operational products.
- Deep understanding of systems thinking and user journeys beyond graphical interfaces.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change through organizational resistance.
- Experience governing a design system, including contribution, documentation, and deprecation.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and hold a room in front of executives.
- Ability to think in business terms and align design decisions with customer outcomes.
- Experience working with AI tools in professional design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire customer experience across sales conversations, product delivery, and agent analytics.
- Set the information architecture for a converging platform across conversation intelligence and agent-building products.
- Architect, govern, and maintain the design system, including pattern language and documentation.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, delivery engineers, and solutions engineers.
- Drive rapid prototype-and-validation loops by engaging directly with internal customers and contact center operators.
- Merge product design and conversation design practices while overseeing the underlying research approach.
