Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or technical recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience with US hiring for specialized technology positions.
- Understanding of North American employment and work authorization processes.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in technology, analytics, or consulting environments.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to source and engage highly specialized technology talent.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work effectively during US Eastern Time (EST) hours.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through closing.
- Source qualified candidates for GenAI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and analytics roles.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Screen candidates and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panels.
- Partner with stakeholders to calibrate profiles and improve hiring processes.
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage offer negotiation stages to support successful conversions.
