Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 5 years.
  • Extensive experience leading program analysis, assessment, or business-support initiatives for Government stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and presenting executive-level reports, metrics, briefings, and recommendations.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or providing quality oversight to analyst-level professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust determination.
  • Experience supporting the Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, or civilian shared-services preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI or comparable data-visualization platforms preferred.
  • PMP or similar program/project management credential preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program analysis and assessment activities across the acquisition support portfolio, synthesizing complex findings into actionable insights for Government leadership.
  • Develop executive-level status reports, performance metrics, dashboards, and briefing materials.
  • Lead process-improvement and efficiency initiatives, including creation and refinement of SOPs and workflows.
  • Serve as a senior analytical point of contact across acquisition, financial, grants, and broader program-support functions.
  • Support policy, compliance, and audit-readiness activities through analytical expertise and documentation.
  • Represent the program support team in meetings with Government leadership.
  • Mentor mid-level and junior program analysts and conduct quality reviews of their deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
