Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production web applications.
- Deep hands-on expertise with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency with a modern web framework, such as React.
- In-depth knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, and component design.
- Experience with browser behavior, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
- Demonstrated ability to build responsive, reliable web experiences.
- Full-stack development experience, including work with APIs and backend services.
- Proven ability to make technical decisions and manage projects through production.
- Strong product judgment and experience collaborating with Product and Design teams.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest in AI-assisted development tools and practices.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve member-facing web applications with a focus on accessibility, performance, and reliability.
- Own full project lifecycles from problem definition and technical design to delivery and iteration.
- Contribute across the stack, including APIs, backend services, and data integrations.
- Shape frontend architecture, including state management, reusable components, and testing practices.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to translate healthcare workflows into intuitive experiences.
- Improve developer productivity through enhanced tooling, documentation, and engineering standards.
- Integrate AI-assisted coding practices while maintaining security and quality standards.
- Mentor engineers and participate in code and design reviews.
