Requirements
- 7+ years of professional cybersecurity experience.
- At least 3–4 years in a technical, customer-facing, or consultative security role.
- Deep technical knowledge in at least three areas: EDR, NDR, SIEM, or cloud security.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market and common security products.
- Ability to perform sophisticated root-cause analysis.
- Knowledge of security controls across Windows, Unix/Linux, AWS, Google Workspace, and M365.
- Understanding of attack vectors, threat tactics, and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong consultative skills including conflict management and stakeholder management.
- Experience creating high-quality technical documentation or knowledge bases.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Technical Support teams.
- Investigate and resolve challenging technical issues through structured root-cause analysis.
- Support customer-facing teams during calls when advanced technical expertise is required.
- Partner with internal technical teams to translate specialized knowledge into practical guidance.
- Develop, review, and continuously improve technical documentation, processes, and self-service content.
- Enable team members through knowledge sharing, coaching, and targeted training.
- Track inquiry volumes and technical themes to drive improvements in documentation and products.
