Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience in backend engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Java 11–21 and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience developing REST APIs, working with Swagger, and creating SOAP clients.
- Solid experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle and MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with JUnit, Mockito, automated testing, and TDD.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience with microservices architecture and patterns such as Circuit Breaker, API Gateway, and Backend for Frontend.
- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and software design patterns.
- Experience working within Agile/Squad environments.
- Familiarity with Pair Programming and XP practices.
- Understanding of DevOps, automation, and CI/CD principles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend solutions using Java 11-21, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Build and evolve applications and services using Spring Boot.
- Design and implement REST APIs, Swagger documentation, and SOAP clients.
- Manage and integrate Oracle and MySQL databases.
- Create and maintain automated tests using JUnit, Mockito, and TDD approaches.
- Design and implement microservices utilizing patterns like Circuit Breaker, API Gateway, and BFF.
- Contribute to Pair Programming and XP practices for knowledge sharing.
- Support DevOps culture by identifying automation opportunities and improving CI/CD pipelines.
