Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in backend software development with Java.
- Strong knowledge of Spring and experience designing and developing applications based on microservices architecture.
- Solid experience with unit and integration testing, with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and quality.
- Practical knowledge of Git and Gitflow, Docker, and Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of AWS, particularly API Gateway, Lambda, Fargate, ECS, RDS, SQS, SNS, Secrets Manager, and ElastiCache/Redis.
- Good understanding and application of SOLID principles and sound software engineering practices.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience integrating or enabling interoperability between different technology platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and the ability to evaluate new technologies according to practical business and engineering needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, evolve, and maintain backend services and digital products using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
- Contribute to the technical and business evolution of solutions, considering architecture, user experience, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in the complete lifecycle of backend services, from conception and architecture through development, testing, release, monitoring, and support.
- Develop scalable solutions based on microservices architecture and ensure new and legacy applications meet established quality standards.
- Create and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure robustness, reliability, and appropriate coverage of critical scenarios.
- Apply software engineering principles such as SOLID to produce clean, maintainable, and resilient code.
- Work with cloud-native technologies and AWS services to build and operate reliable backend solutions.
- Use Git/Gitflow, Docker, Jenkins, and modern development practices to support efficient and consistent delivery.
