Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, Training, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience managing mid- to large-scale projects.
- Experience supporting sales readiness, sales enablement, training, employee enablement, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret performance, operational, and sales-readiness trends.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex to complex assignments.
- Ability to work effectively from a dedicated home workspace that protects confidential health information.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales readiness strategies and programs for one or more lines of business and targeted business segments.
- Create and deliver sales readiness materials, including training content, communications, job aids, and other enablement resources.
- Analyze sales, operational, participation, utilization, and readiness data to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to increase associate readiness, sales effectiveness, and business outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to assess needs and develop competitive enablement solutions.
- Monitor readiness metrics and performance trends to evaluate program effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage mid- to large-scale projects with independence and determine appropriate technical solutions.
