Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in campaign management, contact center operations, dialer strategy, or marketing operations.
- Proven experience managing outbound and inbound outreach campaigns with focus on conversion and contact rates.
- Experience developing campaign targeting strategies, segmentation models, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of dialer platforms and workforce/contact center technologies.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience designing and executing test-and-learn strategies.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Technology and Vendor partners.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience utilizing CRM and campaign management systems.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement sales product strategies for targeted market segments.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of acquisition and retention dialer campaigns.
- Translate business objectives into actionable outreach and contact strategies.
- Analyze performance data to optimize contact rates, conversion performance, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to prioritize requirements.
- Drive operational excellence and resolve operational issues proactively.
- Execute test-and-learn strategies including scripting, segmentation, and call timing.
