- Deep understanding of the banking sector, including emerging technologies and market dynamics.
- Proven commercial judgment to identify high-value opportunities.
- Analytical capability to scope plans, evaluate data, and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written executive communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence to influence senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable articulating technology and product capabilities to connect to business outcomes.
- Ability to lead and coordinate complex pursuits across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client engagements and industry conferences.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth across strategic financial services accounts through new acquisition and expansion.
- Identify priority accounts, strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders, and develop growth strategies.
- Manage business development opportunities from initial engagement through contract close.
- Cultivate and extend C-level relationships to position technology capabilities.
- Partner with Solutions Architects and Product teams to develop proposals, pitches, and responses to RFPs.
- Balance growth strategy with operational project responsibilities related to digital transformation.
- Monitor banking and technology trends to provide actionable recommendations.
- Travel up to 25% for client meetings, pitches, and conferences.
