Requirements
- Significant experience as a Product Manager owning complex third-party integrations, particularly API- and file/EDI-based integrations.
- Strong product strategy experience translating technical and operational challenges into roadmaps.
- Provider-agnostic mindset and experience designing for existing customer technology ecosystems (brokers, carriers, HRIS).
- Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code to build and debug functional code or prototypes.
- Strong technical fluency in data-mapping specifications, synchronization, reconciliation logic, and engineering collaboration.
- Ability to design for both human users and automated system interfaces.
- Strong commercial and strategic judgment for making partner and integration decisions under deadlines.
- Excellent asynchronous written communication skills.
- Proven experience operating effectively in complex, cross-functional environments with financial and compliance stakeholders.
- Strong ownership, autonomy, and bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the benefits infrastructure strategy, balancing near-term integration priorities with a long-term vision for a unified platform.
- Drive the roadmap for integrations with benefits carriers, administrators, brokers, and HR systems.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery and design through migration, launch, and optimization.
- Establish robust testing, reconciliation, and validation processes for benefits data flow.
- Develop consistent benefits experiences across various employment models and HRIS-connected environments.
- Build proactive compliance and data-integrity tools to identify discrepancies before they affect stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of benefits partnerships from sourcing and evaluation to offboarding.
- Communicate strategy and priorities clearly across internal and external stakeholders.
