Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Client Success, healthcare operations, intake, or revenue cycle management.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle, insurance verification, and prior authorization.
  • Experience in home infusion or an Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC/AIS) environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle platforms like WeInfuse, Brightree, CareTend, CPR+, R2, or EPIC.
  • Advanced Excel and data reporting capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing client relationships.
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities for operational data interpretation.
  • Project management skills for handling implementations and multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client-facing contact for assigned intake accounts.
  • Monitor referrals from receipt through intake completion, tracking status, documentation, and authorization requirements.
  • Review referrals for operational and financial risk, partnering with billing and leadership teams to address concerns.
  • Track and analyze key intake metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Lead the intake component of new client implementations, including workflow setup and training.
  • Educate clients on intake requirements, payer processes, and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate across Intake, Authorization, AR, Billing, and Clinical departments to resolve issues.
