Requirements
- Experience editing documentary-style long-form video and short-form social content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Descript for video editing.
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal daily direction.
- Strong organizational skills for file and folder management.
- Understanding of architectural or professional services brand aesthetics.
- Technical confidence to potentially learn architecture software like Revit.
Responsibilities
- Edit long-form, documentary-style project episodes using talking heads, floor plans, and sketches.
- Identify and extract high-quality short-form content from long-form episodes.
- Produce supporting graphics, thumbnails, and captions for social media.
- Develop and maintain a structured content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Draft captions, titles, hooks, and descriptions aligned with the company's voice.
- Review social performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, brand assets, and project imagery.
