Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an implementation specialist or similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage task dependencies and sequences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to present to district stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data feed handling, including reviewing files, identifying errors, and large-scale spreadsheet manipulation.
- Ability to learn and apply technical configurations.
- Ability to explain complex product and engineering jargon to customers in concise, simple terms.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative.
- Positive attitude and the ability to remain optimistic in high-stress situations.
- Knowledge of Python scripting and JSON data is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for complex implementation projects with larger clients.
- Understand data dependencies and help resolve data issues.
- Problem solve and coordinate data integration with clients and Customer Success Managers.
- Identify and implement solutions based on specific customer needs and use cases.
- Continuously engage with customers to maintain project velocity, generate buy-in, and drive adoption.
- Discover, define, and document process challenges and areas for product improvement.
- Assist the product team with quality assurance and product refinement.
- Help drive adoption and usage throughout the implementation period.
