Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification (MPH, MSc, MPharm, or equivalent) in Epidemiology, Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Biostatistics, Pharmacy, or Public Health.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in HEOR, epidemiology, or evidence synthesis.
- Demonstrated experience conducting secondary research, literature reviews, and evidence synthesis.
- Strong capability to critically evaluate and interpret complex scientific and health outcomes evidence.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and demonstrate initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Familiarity with EndNote or equivalent reference-management software.
- Working knowledge of AI tools in research and analytical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute systematic and targeted literature reviews, including search strategies and data-extraction frameworks.
- Conduct structured searches across bibliographic databases and synthesize clinical, epidemiological, and economic data.
- Supervise junior team members on literature screening and data extraction while ensuring quality standards.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of scientific outputs.
- Develop client-facing deliverables such as manuscripts, evidence dossiers, abstracts, posters, and reports.
- Participate in client meetings to present analytical findings and project updates.
- Support project scoping, methodology development, and proposal preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the improvement of research workflows and AI-enabled tools.
