Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management.
- Proven experience operating at a senior individual contributor (IC) level with high scope and ambiguity.
- Deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) and levers for activation, onboarding, and retention.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to articulate clear product directions from instinct/insight.
- Ability to engage in technical discussions regarding tradeoffs with engineers.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proactive ownership and ability to operate with urgency without needing significant structure.
- Experience with developer tools or AI products is a significant plus.
- Ability to prototype ideas to communicate concepts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy for ambiguous, high-impact areas based on customer insight, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Own complex, cross-surface initiatives from first diagnosis to shipment.
- Use the product regularly to identify and resolve usability or functionality issues before they impact customers.
- Co-own metrics across activation, engagement, retention, and expansion to focus team efforts.
- Lead discovery by synthesizing qualitative signals, usage data, and market context into product direction.
- Partner cross-functionally to navigate tradeoffs and ensure consistent product look and feel.
- Create clear, written documentation to guide team action and alignment.
- Set a high standard for product thinking through leadership and example.
