Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone.
- Welcome and assist new clients throughout the enrollment process.
- Listen carefully to understand individual and family needs.
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.
- Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations and guide clients through applications.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and provide ongoing policy support for reviews and claims.
