Requirements
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience.
- 8+ full life cycle NetSuite implementations.
- 4+ warehousing or manufacturing specific implementations.
- Proficiency with SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk).
- Extensive familiarity with data migration plans and procedures.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client on-site visits.
- NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including project planning, design, build, verification, deployment, and support.
- Act as a strategic advisor for clients on warehousing and manufacturing business processes.
- Manage project scope, budget, and project management activities.
- Mentor and develop junior staff while helping build the Materials Handling Operations department.
- Conduct discovery workshops, process mapping, and future-state design.
- Draft technical design documents, wireframes, and schematic diagrams.
- Perform fit/gap analysis and collaborate with technical counterparts on custom solutions.
- Lead configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Systems Interface Testing (SIT), and End User Training (EUT).
