Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Five or more years of IIoT or industrial software engineering experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Go
- Hands-on experience with industrial protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, Sparkplug B)
- Experience with at least one major cloud IoT platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with edge runtimes (Greengrass, IoT Edge)
- Solid understanding of OT/IT integration patterns
- Experience with streaming and real-time analytics platforms
- Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity standards
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end IIoT solutions spanning factory floor to enterprise cloud
- Design edge data acquisition and secure connectivity systems
- Develop cloud ingestion pipelines and operational dashboards
- Implement real-time analytics for industrial data
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements
- Perform code and design reviews to maintain high engineering standards
- Mentor junior engineers on the team
