Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in billing, revenue operations, or accounting.
- Strong understanding of SaaS billing models and professional services billing.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong reconciliation skills.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Process and review daily Sales Orders in NetSuite based on closed opportunities in Salesforce.
- Validate customer, pricing, tax, billing, and commercial details before order processing and invoicing.
- Create, review, and send customer invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
- Ensure all invoices are compliant with applicable tax regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.
- Maintain and manage key operational trackers including PO, SO, and Credit Memo trackers.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, invoice disputes, and customer queries.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue, Finance, and Customer Success teams to resolve operational issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
