Requirements
- 6+ years of experience analyzing data and building reports.
- 2+ years of direct experience managing analysts or technical staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a statistical background.
- Proficiency in SQL and statistical or spreadsheet software.
- Experience with Python programming.
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (Tableau, GIS, QGIS, or ArcGIS).
- Expertise in presentation software including PowerPoint and Keynote.
- Demonstrated ability to lead senior analysts on large, unstructured projects.
- Strong leadership competencies in empathy, active listening, coaching, and problem solving.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and navigate open-ended guidance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee medium- to large-scale client projects from inception to completion.
- Perform hands-on data management, report building, and calculator creation.
- Prepare and deliver client-facing materials and presentations summarizing findings.
- Lead project teams, providing direction and support on unstructured problems.
- Mentor analysts and fellows to support their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with client and technical teams to inform data-driven strategy.
