Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience building enterprise or consumer-facing products.
- Experience building API-based products using Python, Golang, or similar technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL) and writing efficient queries.
- Experience with Docker and AWS technologies.
- Experience working in a Scrum/Agile development environment.
- Prior experience in fintech or financial services is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own a large section of the codebase and lead technical direction for the team.
- Design and build a suite of API-based decisioning products.
- Code, test, debug, document, and maintain products and platform.
- Partner with product management to drive agile delivery of existing and new features.
- Write unit, dependency, integration, and automated end-to-end tests to ensure quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve product issues.
- Ensure platform and services meet SLA requirements through on-call rotation participation.
