Requirements
- Proven people management experience leading teams of 6–8 people.
- Hands-on SEO and GEO agency experience across Content Strategy, Enterprise SEO, PR, Paid Media, and Analytics.
- Deep understanding of AI Overviews, LLM-powered discovery, and generative search interfaces.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI as a practical working tool to drive efficiency.
- Superb client management skills with experience driving conversations with C-level executives.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Experience navigating client organizations at the C-suite level.
- Consistent track record in driving account growth and increased revenue.
- Ability to work continental US based hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 6–8 people, owning onboarding, performance management, coaching, and career development.
- Drive divisional revenue through client retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage C-suite stakeholders.
- Translate 5-year SEO and GEO ROI into business terms for leadership.
- Identify expansion opportunities by partnering with Paid Media, Creative, and Client Engagement.
- Champion AI and innovation, building AI fluency across the team and piloting new workflows.
- Drive thought leadership through sharing industry trends and insights.
