Hands-on SEO and GEO agency experience across Content Strategy, Enterprise SEO, PR, Paid Media, and Analytics.
Experience with AI Overviews, LLM-powered discovery, and generative search interfaces.
Strong proficiency in leveraging AI as a practical tool for operational efficiency.
Excellent client management skills with experience navigating organizations at the C-suite level.
Strong conflict resolution skills to manage high-stakes client and team situations.
Track record of identifying opportunities for account growth and driving increased revenue.
Ability to frame technical SEO and GEO impact in terms of business revenue and lifetime value.
Expertise in data-driven decision-making and measuring effectiveness through traffic and conversions.

Lead and manage a team of 6–8 people, overseeing onboarding, performance management, coaching, and career development.
Manage a portfolio of $800K–$1MM+ in client business, focusing on retention and expansion.
Serve as the executive-level SEO/GEO voice for C-suite stakeholders, translating strategic impact into business terms.
Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with other departments.
Champion AI and innovation, piloting new tools and workflows to build team and client success.
Define the SEO team structure and assist with sourcing and interviewing new members.
Drive thought leadership through sharing industry trends, test results, and insights.
