Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in the software industry in either development or product management roles.
- Proven experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering, marketing, and UX.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from technical buyers to economic decision-makers.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience with AI and Healthcare is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop a robust strategy and vision for your areas based on a thorough analysis of customer needs and industry trends.
- Craft and validate a comprehensive near and long-term product roadmap with key customers and stakeholders.
- Partner with design teams to create user experiences and detailed specifications for your features.
- Collaborate with engineering to drive the execution and delivery of features and products, managing dependencies and quality.
- Promote product vision at conferences and with strategic customers while creating compelling collateral like whitepapers.
- Build strong relationships with customers to identify key use cases and coordinate go-to-market plans with sales and marketing.
