Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in the software industry in development or product management.
- Proven experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering, marketing, and UX.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to engage technical buyers and economic decision-makers.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptability, and drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience with AI and Healthcare is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop a robust strategy and vision based on customer needs and industry trends.
- Craft and validate a comprehensive near and long-term product roadmap.
- Partner with design teams to create user experiences and detailed specifications.
- Drive execution and delivery of features by collaborating with engineering.
- Promote the product vision at conferences and with strategic customers.
- Build relationships with customers to identify key use cases.
- Collaborate on go-to-market plans with marketing and sales leaders.
- Maintain expertise on market trends and competitor analysis.
