Requirements
- 5–8 years of product design experience.
- Strong B2C background with exposure to B2B or enterprise products.
- Hands-on experience designing AI-native products such as copilots or agentic workflows.
- Ability to partner with engineering on AI feasibility, model outputs, and design for latency.
- Fluent with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (Figma AI, v0, Cursor, Claude/ChatGPT).
- Strong portfolio of shipped work demonstrating craft and impact.
- Experience leading design initiatives or small teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to influence product direction through design.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end product design vision with a B2C-quality bar for B2B experiences.
- Lead the evolution toward AI-native UX where AI is embedded into workflows.
- Establish principles for human-in-the-loop design, trust, explainability, and transparency.
- Manage the design lifecycle from discovery and research to delivery and validation.
- Build, mentor, and grow a high-impact design team as the company scales.
- Communicate design and AI-UX decisions to leadership and cross-functional teams.
