Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, art direction, animation craft, and visual systems thinking.
- Proven ability to make technical or abstract product concepts visually clear.
- Deep fluency in motion design tools such as After Effects, Figma, and Cinema 4D.
- Proficiency with Lottie, Rive, or code-adjacent motion production tools.
- Strong typography and systems thinking skills to build reusable visual assets.
- Experience collaborating directly with Product Designers to translate UI into marketing motion.
- Ability to work in Figma and partner effectively with cross-functional creative teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and animate motion graphics for brand videos, product explainers, campaign content, and event deliverables.
- Translate technical and strategic concepts into visuals that resonate with the audience.
- Build the visual language for product representation in motion, including UI animation, data visualization, and typography-driven storytelling.
- Own and evolve the motion design system including transitions, iconography, and animation principles.
- Collaborate with brand, product marketing, and design teams to scope projects from concept through final delivery.
- Partner with video editors on hybrid projects, integrating motion graphics, titles, and effects.
