Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of related experience; 4-6 years preferred.
- Minimum post-secondary certificate or diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Mandatory experience with budget building in a CRO or clinical trials environment.
- Advanced user ability with Excel.
- Proficient with other MS Office tools.
- High degree of detail orientation.
- Logical and process-thinking mindset.
- Strong project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop proposal content in line with RFP/RFI requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Generate initial costing assumptions and populate CRO costings in internal tools.
- Support Statement of Work (SOW) development and maintain proposal tools like templates and graphics.
- Facilitate internal bid/no bid, strategy, and project hand-off meetings.
- Provide support to BD Managers during presentations and client meetings.
- Coordinate with clinical teams and site feasibility teams as required.
- Ensure rolled-up costings are accurate prior to executive review.
