Requirements
- Proven experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or business transformation.
- Strong team leadership skills with experience in coaching and performance development.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end processes across service, installations, supply chain, and back-office.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Scrum.
- Ability to interpret data, metrics, and trends to drive actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (multilingual is desired).
- Basic understanding of financial drivers including costs, efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Operational Excellence team and wider matrix organisation.
- Oversee the identification, prioritization, and execution of improvement initiatives across all operational areas.
- Manage European Service inventory and act as master data steward.
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops, process mapping, and analysis activities.
- Monitor performance metrics to track improvements in efficiency, lead times, quality, and costs.
- Conduct structured on-site reviews with strategic partners and field service operations.
- Ensure consistent use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across team activities and system workflows.
