Requirements

Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows across teams to uncover inefficiencies, gaps, or breakdowns in communication.
- Propose and implement solutions to streamline operations and standardize processes.
- Oversee and maintain the OKRs system and lead the migration to a new OKR platform.
- Establish and improve communication flows to ensure teams are aligned.
- Summarize managerial meeting takeaways and distill them into actionable communication.
- Collaborate with the COO to develop action plans for strategic initiatives.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring challenges to prevent future roadblocks.
