Responsibilities
- Inspire high creative standards through own work and interaction with others.
- Develop and direct concepts for advertising or promotional campaigns.
- Take a creative leadership role on brands and projects to shape strategy and delivery.
- Present as an authority on creative thinking and raise the agency's profile.
- Build interpersonal relationships and support the culture of collaboration.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior members of staff.
- Lead new business pitch work and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in ensuring the Creative Department meets performance targets.
