Requirements
- Expertise in test automation frameworks including pytest, Playwright, Selenium, and API testing.
- Experience architecting and maintaining test automation frameworks and tooling for wider engineering organizations.
- Deep knowledge of testing across microservices or distributed systems.
- Strong CI/CD integration and service-level testing strategy skills.
- Experience leading innovation and Proof of Concepts in testing, specifically AI-led regression and risk analysis.
- Experience with contract testing or consumer/provider verification (Pact, OpenAPI).
- Proficiency with AWS infrastructure including Lambda and GitHub Actions self-hosted runners.
- Strong collaboration and delivery focus in multi-project environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain test automation frameworks and standards for a microservice-based architecture.
- Build a dependency-model-driven CI testing standard to provide fast, targeted feedback on PRs.
- Establish unit, integration, and contract testing standards with an observability layer.
- Define automated pass/fail analysis for canary releases to support automated deployment rollbacks.
- Implement AI-based quality solutions including mutation testing, test generation, and self-healing checks.
- Collaborate across multi-project environments to drive adoption of quality engineering standards.
