8+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years building and operating production AI systems with a grasp of latency, cost, accuracy, and reliability trade-offs.
Experience with agent frameworks, agent memory systems, or orchestration of tool-using AI systems.
Production AWS experience including Infrastructure as Code (CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform).
Proven experience designing and operating distributed, cloud-native, SaaS/multi-tenant platforms.
Strong software fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles, and a track record of code quality advocacy.
Experience designing and consuming HTTP APIs (REST, GraphQL).
Experience mentoring developers and influencing architectural decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Build and operate agentic AI systems including LLM services, retrieval pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration.
Maintain end-to-end accountability for AI platform architecture, delivery, operations, cost, and quality.
Own LLMOps pipelines and infrastructure to ensure reliability, correctness, and dynamic model selection.
Develop automated evaluation infrastructure to track metrics, drift, and regressions.
Design technical controls and guardrails to enforce compliance frameworks such as ISO 42001.
Lead proof-of-concept builds and contribute to architecture roadmaps, RFCs, and design reviews.
Mentor other developers on engineering maturity, architectural decisions, and responsible AI usage.
