Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in Salesforce backend and frontend development.
- Mastery of Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Batch/Async Apex) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Deep practical experience customizing Service Cloud features, specifically Omni-Channel routing logic and capacity models.
- Proven track record building integrations utilizing Salesforce REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
- Working knowledge of Aura components and Visualforce pages for legacy maintenance.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and JIRA.
- Ability to maintain a 6-hour daily overlap with US Central Time.
- Fluency in English for interviews, documentation, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable custom solutions using Apex and Lightning frameworks, prioritizing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, focusing on advanced Omni-Channel features and automated work routing.
- Build and maintain fault-tolerant, high-throughput integrations using Salesforce REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
- Integrate third-party SaaS applications, AppExchange packages, and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) frameworks.
- Execute technical tasks independently within Agile/Scrum delivery sprints, conducting unit testing and cross-functional alignment.
