Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in production environments.
- Expertise in Apex development including classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes.
- Proficiency with SOQL, SOSL, and the Salesforce security model.
- Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Ability to run discovery conversations with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Experience building and maintaining complex integrations with external systems.
- Comfort using AI tooling to accelerate development and validate code.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tooling such as GitHub and Gearset.
- Experience operating with autonomy as an embedded technical resource.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical partner for assigned GTM squads to understand workflows and anticipate needs.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical solution designs, documentation, and production-ready code.
- Partner with Engineering to build and maintain custom GTM tools using React and NestJS, exposing Salesforce data through APIs.
- Collaborate with AI Automation Engineers to connect workflows in n8n to Salesforce data.
- Implement and maintain Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) solutions, including CPQ, data modeling, and billing integrations.
- Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems like HubSpot, Slack, and Gong.
- Write and maintain secure Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes with meaningful test coverage.
- Ensure deployment quality through structured release processes and participation in code reviews.
