Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with a focus on custom code
- Deep command of Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
- Experience working in Aura and Visualforce for migration purposes
- Strong SOQL, SQL, and relational data modelling skills
- Solid grasp of event-driven architecture where Salesforce meets external systems
- Knowledge of SFDC Flows, Metadata API, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience working within release management and Scrum
- AI-native working style with daily use of coding agents and LLM tooling
- English at C1 level or above
Responsibilities
- Own the two-way synchronisation service between Salesforce and our core platform
- Build new features from scratch and continuously improve the existing codebase
- Translate business and user requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Take on underutilised platform features and cut technical debt
- Identify and resolve technical issues, optimise system performance and secure data integrity
- Mentor team members and keep technical documentation accurate and current
- Assess new Salesforce ecosystem releases and decide what's relevant for our platform
