Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, focusing on custom code over configuration
- Deep command of Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
- Experience working with Aura and Visualforce codebases
- Strong skills in SOQL, SQL, and relational data modelling
- Understanding of event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of SFDC Flows, Metadata API, and Salesforce APIs
- Familiarity with release management and Scrum
- AI-native working style with daily use of coding agents and LLM tooling
- English at C1 level or above
Responsibilities
- Own the two-way synchronisation service between Salesforce and the core platform
- Build new features from scratch and improve existing codebase through hands-on coding
- Translate business and user requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Manage migration off Aura and Visualforce
- Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize performance, and secure data integrity
- Mentor team members and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Assess and implement relevant Salesforce ecosystem releases
