Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in Python, REST API, and SQL.
- Expertise with Git source control tools like Github or Gitlab.
- Experience with unit testing using Pytest.
- Intermediate level design proficiency following UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
- Experience engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Proficiency with relational databases.
- Experience building frontend/backend applications at scale.
- Proficiency in the English language.
Responsibilities
- Develop a Data and Cloud migration framework for on-premise assets to Snowflake and Azure.
- Assist with the migration of on-premise software assets to Cloud platforms.
- Maintain and improve existing team software solutions and infrastructure.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and develop software/data engineering best practices.
- Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project tools.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies and work planning processes.
- Gather requirements, validate understanding, and maintain documentation.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
- Take ownership of projects from technical design to successful launch.
