Requirements
- Four-year degree in business, health care, IT and/or equivalent training and/or experience.
- 1-3 years experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare quality improvement, healthcare information management and/or healthcare information technology (HIT).
- Advanced knowledge and experience working with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
- Basic knowledge and experience with database applications, data trending/graphics, and reporting tools.
- Highly proficient with professional communications, including understanding of CMS branding guidelines.
- Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, handling multiple tasks with little direction.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous editing capabilities.
- Proven ability to adapt content and tone across diverse social media channels.
- Ability to pass an extensive background check by CMS and prime per contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Utilize subject matter knowledge to research and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
- Provide input for business and functional requirements for software products and services.
- Complete tasks and deliverables on time.
- Create and update documentation following established processes and compliance requirements.
- Provide product and project-level validation to identify issues and recommend changes.
- Support live or recorded training sessions and knowledge-sharing presentations.
